It contains elements which help remove skin dead cells and make skin fairer. It can help remove blemishes. It is very effective for pimple removal. Apple pulp when applied on skin can maintain skin PH and help get over dangerous skin infections.
Apple contains Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Both of these vitamins are very good for skin health. They repair the damaged skin cells and remove dead ones. Vitamin C is very good for skin lightening. It's used in many skin lightening creams. As apple has vitamin C so it's very good to use apple mask for fair and smooth skin that could be achieved because of vitamin A and C in apple.
APPLE PIE MASK FOR ACNE PRONE SKIN
This mask is made with natural ingredients that are good for skin, rushed to the kitchen to mix up a blemish-fighting mask which is extremely good for break outs.
What's inside?
What you'll need . . .
1/2 banana
1/4 cup rolled oats
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar has "excellent cleansing properties as a powerful skin detoxifying and purifying agent." I've seen it sited again and again for helping to clear up breakouts. It's even just good on its own as an astringent.
Banana: I have a ton of bananas on hand at all times. So, naturally I looked it up to see how it might work for skin. I kept getting the result again and again and again for a banana mask for oily skin. After giving it a try, I'm thinking it works.
Oats: "Oats can help to deal with multiple skin problems such as acne, pimples, dryness, wrinkles blemishes, dermatitis, shingles, eczema, and excessive tan." I think in this mask, the oats serve to moisturize and make sure the other ingredients don't dry out the skin.
Cinnamon: If your skin is very sensitive, I wouldn't suggest adding this ingredient to the mask -- it may be too strong and cause redness (though it's only temporary). A mixture of cinnamon and honey is touted as a great acne remedy. I added a dash for good measure. I think it made the mask tingly. If nothing else, it made it feel like it was working.
Did it work? Though there's no super-cure for skin -- acne, specifically, I would say yes, actually, it will certainly improve those issues. You would notice that your skin is far less oily, less inflamed and your skin remains in better condition. You can also use the apple cider vinegar as an astringent .And I really think that it certainly a very good mask for acne prone skin.
